All items are shipped direct from our offices in Sussex, UK. A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. In case of your product not being delivered; our carrier’s policy is that a parcel isn’t officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it.
We only dispatch orders Monday – Friday as we are riding our bikes over the weekend!
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will be fully trackable where possible. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, either for UK or Rest of the World, we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.
Sadly we cannot cover the cost of your returns shipping, simply because we try to keep the cost of our kit relatively low and we can't afford to! We subsidise the cost of shipping to make sure you pay a fair price for getting your kit, where ever you are. As a result, we can’t budget to cover the cost of returns where the product wasn’t right for you.
